The pans of the LİDER ovens have the dimensions of 75 x 104 cm and the pans carriages are manufactured, according to the bread size, for either 14, 15, 16, or 17 pans. For LİDER 140 rotary oven, the pan size is 60 x 80 cm and 13-panned carriage is used. The pan number can be altered for special conditions. Pans made of aluminum can be flat, perforated, covered with Teflon. And for hamburger bread and French loaves special pans are available
