PANTER DOUBLE Series baking ovens are ideal systems for high variety bread production at medium capacity.There are two seperate burners and heat controllers for upper and lower two decks. Because of this specifcation two different types of bread can be baked at the same time with different temperatures at the upper and lower decks. When less bread has to be baked, only two decks are enough. There is no need to heat the whole oven. Therefore the oven saves time and energy.All kinds of bread of any size and similar products are baked on specially developed stone floors. The steam required for thin crust and best color formation is supplied by the steam generators.
